With each candidate presented, Paradigm recruiters will provide a comprehensive candidate profile which summarizes how the candidate matches your specific requirements.
We know that hiring decisions impact not only employers and candidates themselves, but also their families and overall careers. We spend time with each prospect to completely understand their motivation and only present those candidates whose goals seem to align with your own company’s goals.
We know time is valuable and strive to only present the top 3-4 candidates per opening, all of which we believe to be qualified and hire-able based on the information given by the client, as well as possessing the interpersonal skills needed to be successful in your organization.
Our process often involves the evaluation of hundreds of prospective candidates in order to get to the top few worth presenting.
