And before you start worrying about your boss getting notified when you update your profile, you can turn off the notification on update by default in the settings, or on a case-by-case basis on the right side of the edit profile page. No one would notice the changes unless they put your old and new profile next to each other to examine the differences (and if your boss is willing to take the time to do that, you probably have bigger problems on your hands)!
